s1 2 s4 Mental Health Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 52, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Mental Health Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Mental Health Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Record about particular persons) Section 3(1)(b), ‘337(5)’— omit, insert— ‘337(6)’. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Information for record) (1) Section 4(3), definition “prescribed matter”, paragraph (b), after ‘part 4’— insert— ‘of the Act’.
