s1 2 s3 Mental Health Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 No. 276, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Mental Health Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Mental Health Regulation 1985. 3 Amendment of s 36 (General powers, authorities, duties and functions of Tribunal) (1) Section 36(6), after ‘penalty’— insert— ‘for subsection (6)’ (2) Section 36— insert — ‘ (7) For section 15A(e) of the Act, the Attorney General is a prescribed person.’.
