This regulation amends the Mental Health Regulation 1985 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (Psychiatric hospitals) 3. Schedule 2, item 3— omit, insert— ‘ 3. Wolston Park Hospital, Wacol (including the Interim Secure Unit, John Oxley Memorial Hospital) West Moreton Regional Health Authority’. ˙ Amendment of sch 3 (Security patients’ hospitals) 4. Schedule 3, items 1 and 2— omit, insert— ‘ 1. John Oxley Memorial Hospital, Wacol (including the Interim Secure Unit that is also established as a ward within the Wolston Park Hospital, Wacol) West Moreton Regional Authority’. ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Other places) 5.
