1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Mental Health Amendment Regulation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

Omit “Magistrate”. Insert instead “Tribunal”.

Omit “Mental Health Act 1993” from paragraph (d) of the definition of relevant corresponding law in clause 23 (1).

Insert instead “Mental Health Act 2009”.
