MENTAL HEALTH (ADMINISTRATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS
1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Mental Health (Administration)
Amendment Regulations 1991.
Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1991.
Regulation 8A amended
3. Regulation 8A of the Mental Health (Administration) Regulations 1965* is

amended—

(a) in subregulation (1) by deleting "$10" and substituting the following-

" $30 "; and

(b) in subregulation (2) by deleting "$5" and substituting the following-

" $15 "
