AN ACT to amend section thirty of the Mental

Health Act, 1962-1968.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Mental

amended.

2. Subsection (1) of section 30 of the principal Act is amended by adding after the word "law" in line three of paragraph (c), the words "or of attempting to take his own life".
