MENSINK

v

REGISTRAR OF THE FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA

[2025] HCADisp 10

B60/2024

  1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Abraham, Hespe and Neskovcin JJ) dismissing an appeal from a decision of the Federal Court of Australia (Rangiah J), which in turn dismissed an application for stay or dismissal of proceedings.

  2. The application does not raise a question of public importance sufficient to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal. Further, the proposed appeal does not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to make it in the interests of the administration of justice to grant special leave.

  3. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
