This Declaration may be cited as Membership Exclusion Declaration No. 2. 1990 No. 321 MEMBERSHIP EXCLUSION DECLARATION No. 2 - REG 2 Interpretation 2. In this Declaration, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act" means the Superannuation Act 1990. 1990 No. 321 MEMBERSHIP EXCLUSION DECLARATION No. 2 - REG 3 Exclusion 3. Section 6 of the Act does not apply to a person who is an officer or employee of, or the holder of a statutory office in, the Australian National Railways Commission other than a person who, immediately before the commencement of this Declaration: (a) was a member of the superannuation scheme constituted under the Act; and (b) was an officer or employee of, or the holder of a statutory office in, the Australian National Railways Commission.
