Members of Parliament (Financial Interests) Regulations 1992

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Members of Parliament (Financial Interests) Regulations 1992 1.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Act comes into operation 1.

3.Forms prescribed

(1)
The forms set out in the Schedule are prescribed for the making of the returns required by the Act.
(2)
The Clerk of a House of Parliament may issue the forms for use by Members of that House with the addition of such notes, directions and explanatory material as he or she thinks expedient for the assistance of Members or the due administration of the Act.
