AN ACT to amend the Melville Tramways

Act, 1914.

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :-

This Act may be cited as the Melville Tramways Act Amendment Act, 1917, and shall be read as one with the Melville Tramways Act, 1914, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Short title.

Section three of the principal Act is hereby amended by

Amendment of

omitting the words " two years " in the second paragraph of

Section 3.

subsection (1) thereof, and inserting " seven years " in place

thereof.
