The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the until 31 August 2000.

Melbourne City Link (Start-Up Period)

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 69 and

118 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995.

3. Further extension of start-up period

In regulation 4(a) of the Melbourne City Link
(Start-Up Period) Regulations 19991, for "31 May

2000" substitute "31 August 2000".
