Melbourne City Link (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Melbourne City Link (General) Regulations 1999 to include an additional tag as a prescribed tolling device.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 118 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995.

3Definition

In regulation 103 of the Melbourne City Link (General) Regulations 1999[1], in the definition of tag for "or TS 3204/02B)" substitute ", TS 3204/02B or TS 3203/11A)".
