The applicant requires an extension of time in which to seek special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Criminal Appeal of New South Wales (Bell CJ, Gleeson JA and Yehia J) which dismissed an appeal against a judgment of the District Court of New South Wales (Zahra DCJ).
No question of principle falls for determination in this application and there is insufficient reason to doubt the correctness of the Court of Criminal Appeal's decision.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
