1 Short title
This regulation may be cited as the Medicines and Poisons (Medicines) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2025.
2 Commencement
This regulation commences on 1 December 2025.
3 Regulation amended
This regulation amends the Medicines and Poisons (Medicines) Regulation 2021.
4 Amendment of s 86 (Content of written prescription)
Section 86(1)(m)—
omit, insert—(m)if the medicine is a restricted medicine—the details of the prescriber’s authorisation to prescribe the restricted medicine.Examples for paragraph (m)—
