1. Name of direction

This direction is the Medicare Australia (Functions of Chief Executive Officer — Repeal) Direction 2011.

1. Commencement

This direction commences at the end of 30 June 2011.

1. Repeal

The following Directions are repealed:

(a)    Commission’s Additional Functions (Bowel Cancer Screening Pilot) Determination 2002;

(b)    Medicare Australia (Functions of Chief Executive Officer) Direction 2005;

(c)    Medicare Australia (Function of Chief Executive Officer — Lifetime Health Cover) Direction 2007;

(d)    Medicare Australia (Function of Chief Executive Officer — Teen Dental Plan) Direction 2008;

(e)    Medicare Australia (Functions of Chief Executive Officer — Call Centre Services) Direction 2009;

(f)    Medicare Australia (Functions of Chief Executive Officer — Commonwealth Services and Enabling Services) Direction 2010;

(g)    Medicare Australia (Functions of Chief Executive Officer) Direction 2011 (No. 1).
