REGULATIONS 1963. No. 6.*

Regulation 7 of the Medical Practitioners Registration Regulations is

repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

Permitted "7.—For the purposes of paragraph (a) of sub-section (5.) of section (a) the publication by a registered medical practitioner of a notice of the fact that he has commenced or resumed practice as a medical practitioner or a notice of a change of the address at which he practises as a medical practitioner; and
by registered 30 of the Medical Practitioners Registration Ordinance 1930-1963
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at
practitioners, advertising which is permitted is—•

(b) the exhibition by a registered medical practitioner at the place or places at which he practises as a medical practitioner of a notice or notices containing his name, his qualifications and any other matters approved by the Board as being matters that may be included on the notice or notices,

being a notice or notices of a kind which conforms to the accepted customs

and usages of the medical profession.".
