I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Medical Practitioners Registration Act 1996 .30 November 1998

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Registration (Fees) Regulations 1998 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3FeesThe fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of the Medical Practitioners Registration Act 1996 .
