Medical Practitioners Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2003

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Medical Practitioners Registration Act 1996 .16 June 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Medical Practitioners Registration (Fees) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting item 2 and substituting the following:

(b) by omitting item 4 and substituting the following:

4. Restoration fee

Section 42(1)

$100
