s1 2 s5 Medical Practitioners Registration Amendment No. 250, 2003 Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Registration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation is taken to have commenced on 1 March 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the MedicalPractitionersRegistrationRegulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 15 (Transitional provision about certain existing specialties—Act, s 293) Section 15, ‘section 293(10)’— omit, insert — ‘section 293(12)’. 5 Amendment of sch 3 (Transitional arrangements for certain existing specialities) (1) Schedule 3, subheading, ‘ SPECIALITIES ’— omit, insert — ‘ SPECIALTIES ’. (2) Schedule 3, item for new specialty ‘Anaesthetics’— omit . (3) Schedule 3, item for new specialty ‘Intensive care’— omit, insert — ‘Intensive care Intensive care— anaesthetics Intensive care—internal medicine’.
