AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Medical Practitioners Registration

Ordinance 1930-1939.

BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Com-Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the monwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909-1938 and the Seat of
Government (Administration) Act 1910-1947, as follows:—

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Medical Practi- short title ana

turners Registration Ordinance 1950.*

(2.) The Medical Practitioners Registration Ordinance 1930- 1939, as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Registration Ordinance 1930-1950.

2. Section thirty-four of the Medical Practitioners Registration so person other

of sub-section (1.) the following paragraph:— m"dicincPractlse Ordinance 1930-1939 is amended by inserting after paragraph (a) ^ d l ^ S

" (aa) t reat , with or without fee or reward, any person for cancer in any form, tuberculosis in any form, diabetes in any form or venereal disease;".
