This by-law may be cited as the Medical Board of Queensland Legislation Amendment By-law 1996 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF MEDICAL BOARD OF QUEENSLAND BY-LAW 1987 ˙ By-law amended 2. This part amends the Medical Board of Queensland By-law 1987 . ˙ Omission of s 4 (Forms) 3. Section 4— omit . ˙ Amendment of s 5A (Waiver of annual registration fees) 4.(1) Section 5A(1)— omit . (2) Section 5A(2), ‘also’— omit . (3) Section 5A(3)— omit, insert — ‘ (3) The board may also waive the annual registration fee for a person for a registration year if the person— (a) does not earn any income from the practise of medicine; and (b) applies to the board for a waiver of the fee before the registration
