MEDICAL AMENDMENT RULES (No. 3) 1995

Made by the Medical Board and approved by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.      These rules may be cited as the Medical Amendment Rules (No. 33) 1995.

Commencement

2.      These rules come into operation on 8 December 1995.

Principal rules

3.      In these rules the Medical Rules 1987* are referred to as the principal

rules.

Rule 17 amended

4.      Rule 17 of the principal rules is amended by inserting after subrule (la)

the following subrule -

(lb)	The Register may be kept or prepared -
(a) by making entries in or on a bound or loose leaf book;

or

(b) by recording or storing the required particulars by means of a mechanical, electronic or ohher device, but

so that the particulars so recorded or stored will remain in the form in which they were originally recorded or stored and will be ca able of being

reproduced in written form in the Eng ish language. f n

Schedule 1 amended

5.      Schedule 1 to the principal rules is amended -

(a) in item 1 by deleting "25.00" and substituting the following -

" 150.00

Cb) in item 3 by deleting "5.00" and substituting the following -

(C)	in item 4 by deleting "10.00" and substituting the following -
" 25.00 "; and
