MEDICAL AMENDMENT RULES (No. 2) 1996

Made by the Medical Board and approved by His Excellency the Governor in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These rules may be cited as the Medical Amendment Rules (No. 2) 1996.

Commencement

2.     These rules come into operation on the day that section 4 of the Medical

Amendment Act 1996 comes into operation.

Schedule 1 amended

3.     Schedule 1 to the Medical Rules 1987* is amended by inserting after

item la the following item —

lb. Application for general registration under clause 1 or 2

of Schedule 2 to the Medical Amendment Act 1994 150.00
