Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Medical Act and Other Acts (Administration) Act Amendment Act 1976 (No. 2). (2) The Medical Act and Other Acts (Administration) Act 1966-1976 (being the Medical Act and Other Acts (Administration) Act1966-1974 as amended by the Medical Act and Other Acts (Administration) ActAmendment Act1976) is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the. Medical Act and Other Acts (Administration) Act1966-1976.

1,038 MedicalAct Etc. ( Adminis. ) Act Amdt. Act (No. 2) 1976, No. 87 2. Commenciment . (1) This Act shall commence on a day to be fixed by Proclamation. (2) Different days may be fixed upon which the several provisions of this Act shall respectively commence and, in that event, any such provision shall commence on the day fixed by Proclamation in relation to it. 3. Repeal of s. 3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is repealed. 4. Amendment of s. 4 . Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by- (a) omitting the words " The Pharmacy Board constituted under " The Pharmacy Acts, 1917 to 1959 " " and substituting the words " The Pharmacy Board of Queensland constituted under the Pharmacy Act1976 "; (b) omitting the words " Nurses Board of Queensland constituted under " The Nurses Act of 1964 " " and substituting the words " The Nurses Registration Board of Queensland constituted under the Nursing 'Act 1976 ".
