AN ACT to amend the Medical Act, 1894-1968.

[Assented to 14th November, 1975.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Medical Short title

Act Amendment Act, 1975. and citation.

(2) In this Act the Medical Act, 1894-1968 is

Schedule II

amended. 2. Schedule II to the principal Act is amended by adding at the end of the column "Licensing Bodies in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland." the names of licensing bodies, respect- ively, as follows

University of Newcastle upon Tyne

University of Dundee

and, by adding, so as to appear, respectively, directly opposite and corresponding to the names of those licensing bodies, in the column "Primary Qualifications.", primary qualifications, respect- ively, as follows

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of

Surgery.
