The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following regulations under the Mediation Act 1997.

1. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Mediation Regulations Repeal Regulations 2000.

2. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

3. Repeal of Mediation Regulations

   The following regulations are repealed:

   Mediation Regulations 1998 (1998 No 29);

   Mediation Regulations Amendment (1999 No 24).
