Mediation Regulations Amendment

Subordinate Law 1999 No 24

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following regulations under the Mediation Act 1997.

1. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Mediation Regulations.

3. Substitution

   Regulation 1 is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

4. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Mediation Regulations 1998.”.

5. Approved agencies

   Regulation 4 is amended—

(a)   by omitting from paragraph (a) “Inc.”; and

(b)   by adding at the end the following paragraph:

“(g) Jennifer David Proprietary Limited.”.
