His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Meat Industry Act
1978.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the form of certificate of identification for a licensing inspector, or meat inspector, appointed under the Meat Industry Act 1978.
This Regulation is made under the Meat Industry Act 1978, in particular section 34 (Identification of inspectors).

1 Name of Regulation

The Meat Industry (Licensing) Regulation 1996 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
