Rates of travelling allowance.

1. Regulation 7 of the Meat Export Control (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulations (2.) and (3.).

Conditions of employment of officers.

2. Regulation 8 of the Meat Export Control (Staff) Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (da) of sub-regulation (1.) the following paragraph:—

“(db)travelling allowances;”.

3. The Schedule to the Meat Export Control (Staff) Regulations is amended—

Commencement.

4.—(1.) Regulations 1 and 2,and paragraph (f) of regulation 3, of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of June, 1951.

(2.) Paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d)of regulation 3 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty-ninth day of December, 1949.
