Meat Export Charge Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Meat Export Charge Act 1984.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1988.

Rate of charge payable in relation to application

2. Regulation 7 of the Meat Export Charge Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) “2.4” and substituting “2.9”; and

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) “2.4” and substituting “2.9”.
