HER HONOUR: On 27 July 2016 the applicants filed a summons seeking reinstatement of their application for special leave to appeal. The Court directed that pursuant to rule 13.03.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth) the summons be determined on the papers. The Court orders that:
