An Act to Amend "The Matrimonial Causes Acts, THE MATRIMONIAL 1864 to 1931," in certain particulars. CAUSES ACTS FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT OF 1944. [HIS MAJESTY'S ASSENT PROCLAIMED: 3RD FEBRUARY, 1944.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, _ by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- Short title 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as " The Matrimonial : ~ ~ struction. Oauses Acts Further Amendment Act of 1944," and shall be read as one with *" The Matrimonial Oauses Acts, 1864 to 1931," herein collectively referred to as the Principal Act.
