Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1973.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 April 1991.

2. Amendment

2.1 The Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Schedule 1 (Prescribed authorities—bodies corporate)

3.1 Item 32:

Omit the item.

4. Schedule 2A (Prescribed authorities—companies)

4.1 Omit items 1a and 1, substitute:

“1 ANL Limited

1a Australian Defence Industries Limited

1b Commonwealth Serum Laboratories Limited.”
