Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1973.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 3 February 1992.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 1 (Prescribed authorities—bodies corporate)

3.1   After item 12, insert:

“12a Australian Fisheries Management Authority”.
