Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1973.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 1984.

Schedule 3

2. Schedule 3 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following Item:

“67 a person employed under Part III or IV of the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984”.
