Employees) Regulations 2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1973.

Schedule 1

1. Schedule 1 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees)

Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 33 the following item:

"33A H e a l t h I n s u r a n c e C o m m i s s i o n ".

2. Schedule 3 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees)

Regulations is amended by omitting Items 4, 5 and 6.
