Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees)Act 1973.

Schedule 1

1. Schedule 1 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Item 9 the following item:

“9a Australian Capital Territory Health Authority”;

(b) by omitting Items 28, 30 and 37; and

(c) by inserting after Item 40 the following item:

“40a National Exhibition Centre Trust”.

Schedule 3

2. Schedule 3 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Item 3 the following items:

“4 Electoral Commissioner

5 Deputy Electoral Commissioner

6 Australian Electoral Officer for a State”; and

(b) by omitting Items 20, 23, 32, 46, 47, 51 and 52.
