Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees)Act 1973.

Schedule 1

Schedule 1 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting Item 6; and

(b) by inserting after Item 20 the following item:

“20a Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation”.
