Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Maternity Leave(Commonwealth Employees)Act 1973.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1988.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 2 the following item:

“2a. A.C.T. Institute of Technical and Further Education”.
