Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1973.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of section 11 of the OTC(Conversion into Public Company)Act 1988.

Prescribed authorities

2. Regulation 4 of the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting “and” from paragraph (a); and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (b) the following word and paragraph:

“; and (c) OTC Limited is declared to be a body corporate;”.
