Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees)Act 1973.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be taken to have commenced on 1 March 1989.

Schedule 3

2. Schedule 3 to the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations is amended by omitting Items 18 and 19 and substituting the following item:

“19 Commissioner of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission”.
