1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2009.

1. Amendment of Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations 1982

Schedule 1 amends the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations 1982.
