1Name of regulation

This regulation is the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Amendment Regulation 2013 (No. 1).

2Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1973.

4Schedule(s)

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

68 A person employed under section 13 of the Governor‑General Act 1974 as a member of the Governor‑General’s staff
69 A person employed under section 33 of the Intelligence Services Act 2001 as an employee of the Australian Secret Intelligence Service
