STATUTORY RULES

1913. No. 298.

REGULATION UNDER THE MATERNITY ALLOWANCE ACT 1912.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Maternity Allowance Act 1912 to come into operation forthwith. Such Regulation shall supersede the Provisional Regulation (Statutory Rules 1913, No. 58) under the said Act made the 21st day of February, One thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

All persons now or hereafter authorized to register births in the Northern Territory shall be Commonwealth Registrars for the purpose of registering births in connexion with claims under the Maternity Allowance Act 1912.
