An Act to repeal an Act intituled An Act to prohibit the importation to, and use within the Colony of Western Australia, of certain Dangerous Matches.'

Preamble.

HEREAS it is expedient to repeal an Act passed in the last

Session of the Legislative Council, intituled An Act to pro-

hibit the importation to, and use within the Colony of Western Australia,

of certain Dangerous Matches' ; Be it therefore enacted by His Ex-

cellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by

and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as

follows :-

1. From and after the passing of this Act, the said recited Act

shall be and the same is hereby repealed.
