AN ACT to amend an Act passed in the 6th year of the Reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, No. 5, intituied " An Act to provide a summary remedy in certain cases of Breach of Contract."

HEREAS it is expedient to amend an Act passed in the of Breach of Contract: " Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as

2.     IN every case of breach of engagement, contract, or

3.     THIS Act shall be incorporated and read together with the

4.     " THE Masters and Servants Amendment Act, 1882," is

5.     THIS Act shall come into operation and take effect on and

Short Title. 6. THE short title of this Act shall be " The Masters and

Servants Amendment Act, 1886."
