IN ACT to amend an Act passed in the sixth year of Her Majesty, No. 5, intituled "An Act to provide a summary remedy in certain cases of Breach of Contract."

HEREAS it is expedient to amend the Act passed in the sixth

THIS Act shall be incorporated and read together with the

above recited Act, and with " The Masters and Servants Amend-

ment Ordinance, 1868."

4. THE Short Title of this Act shall be " The Masters and

Short Title.
