IN ACT to amend an Act passed in the sixth year of Her Majesty, No. 5, intituled "An Act to provide a summary remedy in certain cases of Breach of Contract."

HEREAS it is expedient to amend the Act passed in the sixth
summary remedy in certain cases of Breach of Contract :" Be itWyear of Her Majesty, No. 5, intituled " An Act to provide a

1. SO much of the first and second sections of the above recited

THIS Act shall be incorporated and read together with the
above recited Act, and with " The Masters and Servants Amend-
ment Ordinance, 1868."

4. THE Short Title of this Act shall be " The Masters and
Short Title.
Servants Amendment Act, 1882."
