An Act to amend the Masters and Semants Act, 1863.

[Assented to, 21st December, 1877.1

HEREAS it is desirable to amend the La~vs

relating to Masters Preamble.

W and Servants-Bc i t therefore Enacted by the Governor of

the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the

Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province,

in this present Fa~liament

assembled, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as

2. Any person against whom any information shall be laid under Evidence.
