Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 21 April 2015 The Master Plumbers & Mechanical Contractors Association of

New South Wales (the organisation) lodged with the Fair Work Commission (the

Commission) the prescribed information in relation to a casual vacancy election. The election

was required due to insufficient nominations for Executive Committee Members in the

previous election in E2014/256.

[2]        On 22 April 2015 the Commission wrote to the organisation and requested amended

prescribed information stating that the information was lodged under section 189(1) of the

Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009.

[3]        On 23 April 2015 the organisation lodged the amended prescribed information as

requested, for a casual vacancy election, for the following offices:

[4]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
