Application for approval of the AUQSAP Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2009.

[1] Being satisfied that the requirements of ss.185, 186, 187 and 188 of the Act have been met, Fair Work Australia approves the Agreement. It shall operate from 31 August 2009 and have a nominal expiry date of 30 August 2012.
